On Monday, December the 10th, we had Scott Proier join us from WEA to answer our questions about the new evaluation system. His input was appreciated and welll received. He informed us that WEA worked closely with policy makers to ensure that this evaluation system would not overwhelm teachers, and instead would be something that ties in with what we are already doing in our classrooms. Our job is to collaborate as a collective, and unified team to decide how to make this system relevant, manageable, and doable in our classrooms.
