We are gearing up for a session where we will need to send the message to our legislators about funding our COLA and class size!
We will be attempting to get legislators to sign on to the COLA bill, to amend the bill to end the suspension.
During session, WEA-Riverside can pay for lunch for member participants and mileage for the driver of each carload (assumed that 1 car will be utilized/reimbursed each week). HEA will cover release time expenses.
HEA would like to send a team in either February or March. Who wants to go to Olympia?
1. If you are interested in being a voice to reinstate our COLA, let your building rep know which month/day works best for you.
